Ballard County Industrial Development Authority Grant / Loan Program

Founded in early 2018, the Ballard County Economic and Industrial Development Authority (“BCEIDA”) was created as the economic development
aid to the Fiscal Court. As a public entity, the BCEIDA’s duty is to assist the businesses of Ballard County above all else. Consisting of nine members, the
board is a diverse team of civic-minded leaders with a passion for small business development and growth.

Program Goals:
The goals of the Business Assistance Grant/Loan Program are the following:
➢ Job Creation/ Retention
➢ Local Business Expansion
➢ Small Business Growth

As such, all projects submitted to the program will be considered based on their impact to the above categories.
